I have always been impressed with Tim Sutherland. He has the ability to not only complete the task at hand but to do it with compassionate sensitivity and delivery with authority demanding nothing but the respect he deserves. He in my opinion is a class above the rest. I wouldn't expect anything but the best hands down bar none he is a man of his word and an example to follow.

Tim worked extremely hard for my family and I in regard to a domain squatting/ trademark issue we encountered. He is knowledgeable and patient and worked consistently to help us positively resolve an unexpected, extremely important business issue. I was especially impressed by Tim's personalized, thorough, knowledgeable, and quick attention. He is directly responsible for repairing a vital part of our business that we were very concerned about. We are VERY impressed with Tim's professional, kind, and intelligent work. We appreciate his exceptional efforts and results very much. I really can't say enough positive words about Tim's work. Both my family and I deeply appreciate the level of care, concern, and patience Tim provided. We are so happy with the positive results that were accomplished as the result of his help. Mr. Sutherland was amazing!! I had worked with another attorney for over a year who did not help me or listen to my needs! Within 4 weeks of hiring Tim, he had changed my situation for the better!!! He always called me back (often calling me before I had a chance to call him) and was very honest and realistic with my case. He took my case at the last minute was very understanding about finances. He put in SO much effort to learn my case inside and out in such a short time. Not often do you meet lawyers that honestly care! It is odd for me to say honesty and lawyer in the same sentence!!
