I worked through much of my unlawful detainer case on my own, but when it was clear the situation had gone beyond what I could manage, I hired Kelly. She was quick, responsive, and very knowledgable. She gave me her honest assessment of the situation and both best and worst possible outcomes--I felt equipped to make the decisions I needed to take action in my case. Although she advised me originally in one direction and I moved in another, she acted in my personal interest effectively, efficiently, and perhaps most important--successfully!
