Very friendly, very professional.

Inattention to detail, requests for information and/or documents at the "last minute" when there was ample lead time. Re requests for information already submitted. If I took time at this point to review all my e mails and notes I could go on with details of what I perceive as sloppy work. I had the impression and was told more than once they had to great of a case load. If I knew then what I know now I would have hired someone else.

Professional and transparent attorneys. The best experience I've ever had with a law firm. They really do care about their clients

As a father going through a tough custody case, they assisted me and explained the law in a clear language and the steps in the process that needed to be done. Everyone made the process so much easier and it ended up being much better than I thought. Thank you !

UPDATE: After this Google Review, I finally received a email from Erin and asked to speak to the firm manager Amber Bighorse. After my discussion with Amber, my overall suggestion would be to hire another firm. They lack the basic skills of time management ,client relations, and needs to spend time improving processes rather than making excuses for the failed ones. I just don't want this happening to anyone else. Original Post: I am or was currently still working with "Erin F Morris" and her staff. They completely stopped communicating, and I'm left figuring out things on my own. Worst experience in my lifetime, I hired another lawyer elsewhere, and am really happy with the results. There are better professionals out there to hire than this firm. Services and communication was the worst I've experienced. Please stay away from this firm!!!!! Don't bet your livelihood if you have a divorce case, they'll drive you off of a cliff and try and justify it. Makes me wish I had hired my (now) Ex spouses Lawyer!

Lied in court saying I owed them funds for the arbitrator. When I paid the arbitrator directly with a credit card.

I had a wonderful experience with Bighorse & Associates during my non-parental guardianship case with my nieces/nephews. One of the reasons why I chose this firm over others was for the fact that they have personal experience as non-parental guardianship. For me this was a key factor, as they, had an understanding on a personal level of what this process feels like from a client perspective. My case was supposed to be easy as it was parent consented but became complicated when the grandparents decided to fight the guardianship. This is where Bighorse & Associates came through in their full support for my case - this is also where having a firm with personal experience being guardians as well as attorney's means everything. I never felt like I was just a client ATM; I felt like one of the firms family members, who was going through this with an entire firm behind me. I highly recommend anyone going through the guardianship process hire Bighorse & Associates as they were key in helping me stay calm, grounded, and completely informed through the very complicated process with the new legislation as of January 2021..

I was extremely pleased with Bighorse Family Law. They are very experienced and understanding in these matters. Amber and David are excellent and fair attorneys, along with my paralegals Kay and Peyton. Who really went over and beyond in their work. Amber is definitely a "FORCE" to be reckoned with. Amber fought hard and aggressive for me. Amber and her team made sure that I received what I was entitled to. I honestly was surprised with how well I ended up in the final orders. It was good to have an experienced firm handle my divorce. Even though my situation was cut and dry, with no complications, it was reassuring to know my matters were being represented professionally. Good communication throughout the process, as well as a military discount!
