We had to come to Tony because my 18 yo son decided he wanted to speed in Fife,WA Found his name on a google search and called and got helped instantly. I didn’t even bother looking at anyone else because I saw his reviews. To y and his people contacted us whenever they had questions and would answer any and all questions we had. Even with this pandemic going on he was still keeping in touch and letting us know what was going on with the case and any changes there were. My son was facing a bunch of changes not having proof of insurance speeding 22 over the limit, Tony and his workers got it reduced to a non moving violation and got an over $1000 to $150. He made sure my insurance premium didn’t go up. And got us 60 days to pay. If you are looking for help check Tony out. He’s super friendly and is super helpful. I’ll take a non moving violation any day..

So I got 2 speeding tickets Tacoma and Lakewood in less than a month back in July 2019. I wanted to contest both, as I didn't agree with the tickets. But after reading reviews of people in similar situations, I decided to get legal help. And that was the best decision I made. I had also spoken with my insurance provider, and they informed me that if the tickets went on my record, it would cost me $150/mo extra in increased premiums. Tony did a great job representing me in King county court for a HOV violation. I found him through a colleague who had a similar issue in the past and was also helped. I wish I had contacted Garguile Law, PLLC sooner! Jessica, Tony's Legal Assistant, was friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. I had never worked with a traffic attorney before, and Jessica thoroughly explained everything to me as to what to expect, costs, and other questions I had. It was really convenient because I did not have to take any time off from work to go to court. Tony's team was transparent regarding the potential outcomes of the court date and hearing.
