I thought this was going to impossible to get out of. It took a little bit of process and a quick online driving course (took less than 25mins). Garguile Law works with you all the way, just do it.

Awesome job got my 25+ over ticket changed to a non-moving violation, still had to pay quite a bit to the court, but more than worth it compared to what my insurance rates would of done had this actually hit my record.

I didn't find Tony until I was 44 years old and that's when he got my first speeding ticket dismissed . The second ticket that was dismissed made me a definite believer in him that he is the best lawyer around. Great experience with Garguile law. Wanting to keep insurance from learning of my moving violation, I hired Tony work his magic. Ticket reduced to a non moving seatbelt infraction. City wanted me to do defensive driving classes, Tony said no! Bottom line, whatever the infraction, Garguile law will ease the pain.

Mr. Garguile was fantastic in his service, patience and time. I had some concerns about the ticket and explored many options and Mr. Garguile was the only attorney willing to call me not once but twice to go over the finer details of things before hiring him. Extremely upfront about the challenges, fees, and what to expect at all stages of the process. In my case the court date was delayed by about a month and he made sure to update me accordingly. He was able to get a ticket for 21 over reduced to a non moving violation which is exactly what he said he would try to do. Can not reccomend him enough and would definitely use him again in the future should the need arise.

I was 25 mph over the limit and didn't expect to get any relief on the ticket. Tony got it reduced to a nonmoving violation. The savings in the fine alone half paid for the legal fee, and the savings on insurance more than paid for the rest. This wasn't a minor violation -- my mistake in a car I wasn't familiar with but nonetheless a big speed issue -- but Tony made the difference. I'll absolutely go to him if I have another ticket and definitely recommend him to family and friends. Second review: I was cited (inappropriately) in a collision and sought to appeal it. This was in Burien at Seatac. I was the vehicle in the rear, and was getting little comfort that I would defend successfully, but Tony did it and had the ticket dismissed. I wasn't in the wrong and Tony made the case successfully. I didn't have to travel the substantial distance to the courtroom and he took care of everything. He's my standard referral for anyone with a traffic issue. My first one was my mistake and he handled it; this one was not mine and he got it dismissed even with circumstances that made dismissal difficult. Five stars, Tony.

This guy has been real help to me. He understood my situation and acted accordingly, guided my in right direction. I would highly recommend him and would definitely come back if I ever experience further case related issues.

Tony is very thorough and friendly. I unfortunately was ticketed for speeding and he was able to get my ticket completely dismissed. I would recommend him to anyone in this unfortunate situation.
