Just adding to the long list of positive feedback. Painless process with reasonable fee, very professional communication throughout, and wound up with the desired dismissal of a Pierce County ticket with rather questionable merits. Hope our paths don’t need to cross again, but if they do, I won’t hesitate to re-engage.

I was heading through the mountains on a holiday weekend and ended up getting pulled over, 5 over in a 55, crazy, but it was whatever at the time. Told some coworkers at work and 1 recommended me to Garguile. Sent in a email on the last few days of the limit on my ticket before it'd be a fine and they got back to me pretty quickly. I got my court date and a email telling me that everything would be taken care of. Got mail a month later notifying that I would need to reply to and they took care of it their end as well. Everything was taken care of. Finally my court date neared and it was the most nervous I thought I had ever been in my life. That morning I got up with a text from Garguile notifying me that my ticket had been dismissed. In short, I'd like to thank those from Garguile and those associated for helping me in getting the ticket dismissed and saving me from the extra insurance payments, they handled everything professionally and were fantastic and simple to work worth! Thank you again!

Tony has helped me twice with two tickets. The first one was a dui that he got reduced to a reckless driving and the second was a speeding ticket and he got dismissed. Most lawyers take your money and you end up feeling like you could have done better. Not these group they do a great job for you.

Received a Neg 2 infraction in Pierce county. This firm took on my case for reasonable fee. They kept me in the loop via email as this case kept getting continued by the court system. Got a speeding ticket of 60 in a 45 behind JBLM. Which would negatively impact my CDL. Kenlynn and staff at Garguile helped out alot with information and the process of the ticket (as it would be held in US District Court). Very helpful through the whole process. Eventually getting the ticket reduced to 5 mph over the limit. Saving me a lot of headache with the DOT and my CDL. Highly recommend their service.
