Our teenage daughter got into her first accident and received her first ticket. We were concerned that a conviction for a moving violation would lead to a drastic increase in our insurance premiums, so we hired Mr. Garguile. We recently learned that the ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation and a fine. We couldn’t be more pleased by the results. We did not have to go to court at all to favorably resolve the matter.

I got a speeding ticket in 11/2024, and I started looking for a representation, I chose Garguile Law because of the good ratings and I'm glad I did, they went to work immediately after I called them and I didn't have to be in Snohomish County Court. Garguile Law got my ticket dismissed and it will not be on record. Thank you so much for your great representation.

I received a speeding ticket and was so upset knowing it would affect my insurance rate. After seeing the great reviews, I decided to put my trust in Antonio Garguile and I’m so glad I did. I'm a young kid who can't keep his foot off the gas pedal. I got 3 tickets within a 7 month period. One was successfully thrown out and Tony was able to get the remainng 2 tickets downgraded to non-moving violations for me. One of them required 3 continuances. His office kept working on the lastone until it was successfully resolved and won't affect my insurance rates! I am more than happy with that and I'm hopeful I won't need to hire him again!

Made illegal left turn and immediately stopped by motorcycle officer. Garguile's firm had it reduced to non-moving so it's not on my record or will affect my insurance rates. Good enough outcome. Easy to work with and kept me informed all along the way. Would recommend and use again.
