I was involved in accident and was given Garguile firm # and I spoke to Tony and he went to court for me. Tony said it was not necessary for me to be in court. Next I find out my ticket was closed and NO points on my driving record! It was cheaper than paying the ticket!!! I would use them in heart beat or refer anyone to them!!!!

I will recommend this law firm to MANY friends and family members in the future. From the moment I texted them the night I received a ticket for 5 MOVING VIOLATIONS, I felt completely taken care of. I was so upset with what had ensued earlier in the day, that for the first time ever I decided to seek legal help. They literally found my ticket within moments, and told me to not worry about anything until after the court hearing, in which they would let me know the outcome. 3/5 of the tickets were dismissed and the last two were reduced in cost and changed to non-moving violations. Better than I could have hoped for. Great experience from A-Z!! Very grateful!

I originally contacted Garguile law because I received a ticket for being on my phone while driving. First ticket in over 10 years. I was terrified of my insurance going up so I made the choice to hire them to help out. While I was waiting for the court date to come up for the cell phone ticket I received another ticket. This time speeding ticket, which I kind of think the cop exaggerated about how fast I was going because I was doing 71 in a 60 and he told me I was doing 74. I didn’t argue, just took the ticket. I contacted Garguile Law again, and they were happy to take on the speeding ticket as well. They even offered me a payment plan to help pay for the 2nd ticket fee. I am happy to report that Garguile Law got both of my back to back tickets dismissed. Not dropped down, but fully dismissed. They went to court for me, I did not have to miss work or anything. Very pleased with them and glad my insurance is not going up. Thank you so much!!!
