I hired Garguile when I received a traffic ticket with special circumstances. Basically, I was behind a landscaping truck in the slow lane that started losing debris out of their uncovered trailer. I was afraid to get debris on my car for fear of something coming through the windshield. When it was safe to do so, I passed on the fast lane and exceeded the speed limit in doing so. I immediately went back to the slow lane only to get pulled over for speeding. While I admit I was speeding, I did so for the safety of my family, and it was for seconds to get around the trailer that was not covered as it should have been spilling debris all over the road. Garguile was very responsive, communicated great, and ultimately got the ticket dismissed. I could have paid the ticket, but the cost of increased insurance premiums over time would have far exceeded the cost of Garguile - not to mention the special circumstances that I thought was a reasonable exception and wanted to prove my point to WSP. Insurance companies profit billions of dollars a year, I didn't want to give them another reason to add to their greedy profits!

Good staff, keeping me informed every step of the way. They warned me it would probably be a non-moving violation, but that they would try to dismiss the ticket. Overall, I am happy with the service.

Disappointed that my speeding ticket only resulted in a non moving violation rather than a dismissal. Usually I use Jeannie Mucklestone and recommend her to everyone because I know she always gets it dismissed but I wanted to give Gargile a try because of the cheaper rate and good reviews. Every single review across their business (both Seattle and Tacoma) is a 5 star review. Not only did I end up paying more by hiring them for $280, but now I have to pay the original $114 ticket to the court. My coworker also hired Gargile for a speeding ticket but is not too hopeful after this result. I will definitely be going back to Mucklestone.

I was ticketed for 25mph over, allegedly driving 60 in a 35. I have a CDL but was in my personal vehicle. I procastinated and waited till one week before my court case to find a lawyer. I originally tried finding a local lawyer (eastern washington) but wasnt impressed by the law offices i spoke to. I also looked at National firms like "off the record" and a few others I found online- but people didn't speak highly of them and the reviews were mixed. I continued searching and found Garguile Law and saw that they had excellent reviews and said they could represent me. Because my court date was only one week away (my fault for waiting) Garguile said would need to file for a continuance and that would be an extra 75$. Even with the fee for a continuance, Garguile Law was still less expensive than all the local and national law firms I spoke to, or researched. The staff i spoke to when I called were very patient and understanding and explained how things would go. I paid their fees, signed the forms, and they sent me texts updates about my case. The day of my court case they sent me a text saying my case was dismissed. I was both relieved and elated. Getting a ticket with a CDL license can change negatively change the trajectory of your career and making finding future good-paying jobs much harder. A huge thank you to Garguile Law for representing me and winning the case. I would recommend them to anyone and especially CDL holders. Even if you're not from Western Washignton.

I received a ticket for being on my phone while operating a commercial vehicle about 6 months ago in King County Washington State. I googled and found Garguile traffic lawyers.
