They are beyond Great! My case has been going on and affecting my life for way too long. The Law office of Smith & White heard me and understood me as a person and handled my case fast and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend them, and hope if any one needs assistance in law would be blessed to find them!

I reached for guidance and a direction of representation for a no contact order. The firm went way above and beyond representing me. Not only was the case dismissal completed, but James stood beside me through everything. Making sure everything was resolved and standing by your side. This is a firm that will go above and beyond to stand beside there client and do whatever is need to resolve and represents them.

Derek is smart and aggressive. James is calculated and calm, which gives their firm an almost perfect balance. Danely is very polite and communicative. There wasn’t one time that I reached out and didn’t get a reply or an answer. Derek is transparent and communicates efficiently. He really cares about his clients and who he represents. Although I didn’t get the exact results I wanted (based on a decision I made) I feel that we still got a pretty good offer from the prosecutor (charges will eventually be dismissed) and I’m very happy with their service. The only negative thing I can share is that it took way too long to come to a conclusion IMO and communication with the court/prosecutor seemed very “wishy washy” at times, but thats typical when dealing with “the system” If you need a criminal defense attorney in South King County or Pierce County I would highly recommend Smith and White! They are worth the investment!
