James White is fantastic. He returned my call in a timely manner, gathered information from me and started looking into my situation immediately. James was very reassuring and went over the possible scenarios for my situation. He made me feel better about going in to a difficult situation I have had no experience with in the past.

This has been the best experience I've ever had with a lawyer! I've met a few lawyers about my case and you can tell they were throwing high numbers at me because of my panic state. James is a very professional person as well as compassionate, I don't think he realized he calmed me down throughout the whole process with the way he explained every new step. I only had to visit their office once and they were able to do so much for me. Derek provided expert consultation, issued the appropriate writs to achieve my case’s objectives (which worked out in my favor) and kept me on top of all developments as he battled an obstinate federal bureaucracy. It is not often you find a lawyer who is willing to listen to your story. Not just listen and then try to play the court system. A lawyer who listens to your story and then listens to how you wish to proceed. Mr. White took on my case and listened to my fears of what could be and what might be. And instead of stating that it was impossible for those to come true, or make empty promises that he had no way of keeping, addressed my fears and walked me thru what he could do to keep it from happening and what he was going to do to for the case it self. As a law firm its natural we did not keep in contact 24/7 however when I was needed or when I appeared for court he was always courteous and asked how I have been versus getting down straight to the case. Which was phenomenal as it gives a sense of normality versus a business transaction. Its the small things that help someone thru times of crises. Not only was Mr. White very courteous he also did his job beyond expectation. Instead of spending hours at the court house, or having to go thru mounds of paper work, he handled the case not just when it was time for court but preempted it by talking and working behind the scenes. That was amazing. As a fear for me to hire a lawyer is once they have their money what keeps them motivated to get the job done beyond that of just showing up and dealing with what comes as it comes. Never once did I feel Mr. White did not do his job or all he could to assist me. Never once did I think what a waste of time and money. Let's face it none of us want to read these reviews. The reason that we do is because we need representation. I was involved in an incident that was embellished and told very inaccurately by the "victim" to the police. This ended up with me being charged with a crime that I myself was actually the victim of. After being charged with this crime, I waited to seek representation because I honestly believed the charges would be dropped. My court date was quickly approaching and I reached out to Mr. White. Mr. White listened to my recollection of the events that night and decided to take on my case. Mr. White took the time to listen and ensure that he understood all aspects of my case and the consequences for my particular situation. Mr. White was quick to get the ball moving with having me acquire items that commonly help in the court process. Mr. White has a relationship with the prosecutors and is not afraid to have meetings with their supervisors if needed. This comes into play to feel out what they are thinking in terms of charges, deals and if the case can be dropped. My particular case took 11 months which was way longer then I would have liked, however, my case had very special circumstances. Throughout the process I was presented with multiple deals and given the option to accept or decline. I was given all of the information to ensure my decision was well informed. After rejecting multiple offers from the prosecutor Mr. White was able to get this case dismissed with prejudice. Thank you Mr. White for assisting with the justice system getting this one right.
