I highly recommend Elizabeth, she is very experienced, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help out, I highly recommend her, she knows the law and will fight for you.

I am a very small, and inexperienced landlord (one house,) who was faced with a tenant who suddenly seemed to go crazy, convincing himself he owned the place, didn't need to pay rent, letting me know he had guns there and knew how to use them and that I better not show my face there. I contacted Ms. Powell's office and they were amazingly helpful. I never had to talk with Ms. Powell directly, but her paralegal did, more than once, and was right there, picking up the phone immediately when I called, explaining how an eviction process worked, what it would cost, seemingly not expensive at all compared with other lawyers I have previously dealt with on other matters. Ms. Powell's paralegal Christi was endlessly patient and helpful, probably spending close to an hour with me over the course of a number of phone calls. Just the info she gave me seems to have been enough for me to convince my crazy tenant that I could and would indeed get him off my property, and he would have an eviction record to dog him forever. The story is not fully over yet, but he appears to be leaving, thanks to all the advice I got. Should I need further help I would hire Ms. Powell in a heartbeat. So, hugely helpful lawyer and team, willing to offer helpful advice to avoid court action without running the meter just to speak with me, and right there to quickly help and go to court if necessary. I can't say enough good about her and her team. They will be my first and only phone call should I ever need legal assistance again. Just really good people!

An exceptional experience. I was both over-whelmed and impressed. We had an off-hours conversation, that was both thorough and responsive. Each issue was addressed quickly, with citations. I could not have had a better experience. Absolutely fantastic!

Ms. Powell is amazing. After my cat died, I inadvertently made a illegal left hand turn in front of a camera. The fine was in the hundreds of dollars. I was completely bereft and at a loss as to what to do and where to turn. During this extremely difficult time in my life, Ms. Powell's work on my behalf made an incredible difference. I have known Ms. Powell as a vendor. Today I contacted her regarding a landlord/tenant issue. She responded immediately, knew the pertinent laws, knew what needed to be done, and cut straight to the heart of the matter. Ms. Powell is personable, genuine, and conducts herself with integrity. She is incredibly knowledgeable about property law. You can't ask for a better person to help you when dealing with property matters.

mistakes are only made when you dont have Elisabeth Powell at your side. She is truley a individual that has no hesitations to stand, where others tremble for the lack of knowledge of what's with-in and what is not... your court combat experiences shows your uncountable tours of duty... Never close your eyes at night thinking you have lacked or should have done more... the best fit navy seal or Marine. even Special forces or Ranger, would mentally sigh in exhale. To think of humping every minute in battle, the ruck pack and ammo bag you carry in all venues of your work... you are the ninja that people don't see but relieved when they need you to stand for them. I can only smile and say thank you...

As a family from another state moving to Washington State, we completely taken advantage of by a landlord. Atty. Powell advised us & we hired her and fighting back against landlord & quite interesting enough Atty. Powell is helping and getting our justice thru the courts.
