Tim Rusk is an amazing attorney! He was always good about explaining what needed to get done, court dates he handled and I didn't have to show up. Made a payment plan I could afford and overall is the best attorney I've ever worked with! The resolution on my case was better than I expected. He is worth every penny!

Very fair and honest. Didn’t sugarcoat anything with me or about my case. Robert, Katherine and Chad were all very articulate and professional, and truly helped me feel like they actually cared and didn’t just see me as a money grab. The entire time I was never left in the dark, or lost trying to follow along in my own case. They helped when I needed them the most and at a very critical time period in my life. Very informative about child custody and family law. I would absolutely retain them again and recommend them if anyone needs a lawyer regarding family law. There are better options that have all of the staff in state. They will charge you for edits made to their errors despite being provided correct information repeatedly. Thought this office had some integrity as they were referred from another attorney. Fact is they don’t and are there are far better options. Regret not firing them mid-case.
