While searching for an attorney to represent a family member I called several attorneys in Tacoma I left messages for those that didn’t answer. I did receive a few return calls that went right to the money and asked very few questions about the situation. Leaving me with the impression that that in fact was all that matter. I received a return call from vindicate law. Kaylee was not only super professional and very empathetic in the situation at hand. I appreciate how she made me feel and how I was handled over the phone. I’m still in the process of trying to come up with what I was quoted, which I believe was reasonable for the case however, even if that doesn’t happen for me, I would still recommend these guys because they treat you like they matter and their rates are reasonable. If you are in need of a lawyer, I would definitely check these guys out.

Filed for chapter 7 and received discharge and case is closed! Thank you majors law group. They walked me through the whole process each step of the way. When I had questions they responded quickly. SCAM!! After they take your money they will never respond to your calls or emails. They will assign the case to another lawyer that has no experience at all. A lawyer name Conner, doesn’t know what he is doing, he promised us lies. He won’t arraign meeting with us to go over the case. Doesn’t answer calls text or emails. Very disrespectful lawyer. And very disrespectful law office. We found out later that he is not doing what he suppose to do. He also lied to us many times about the case just to give himself an excuse for not doing stuff on time. STAT AWAY!!

Just over a year ago my life was shattered and I did alot of research in the short amount of time I had to hire an attorney in my search I chose vindicate law group because there upfront honesty, costs and what they expected from me as a client. Vindicate assigned Connor jepson to represent me. Connor was above and beyond professional and holds his value in a high regard that is seen in all of his interactions with every one involved in the process even the system thats out to get you. In any job someone is paying the bill during that process sometimes people feel as if they where just a paycheck it takes a special kind of person/ employee to show the value in what one is being received. In my case there was a lot of loss and heart strings pulled once things started to unfold I could see that Connor actually cared and was in just as much disbelief of why I was in this situation. Any thing negative I have to say about this unfortunate experience is and was out of vindicate, Connor jepson or my control. Im glad I was able to say thank you to Connor in person I could have almost hugged him. I also want to say thank you to Silke she was amazing and helped me out tremendously through some of the technology platforms I had to navigate. If I hear of anyone needing law services Connor will be the first name out of my mouth.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable during this very difficult time for us. We appreciate all of the hard work put into this. The only somewhat of a complaint is Pipfile. We would load requested documents and they wouldn’t be there for them which made more work for all. Other than that one thing it was excellent. Vindicate Law Group was recommended by the attorney of a friend. After the initial call Conner was assigned my case. He listened and took all my information. He convinced the Prosecutor to dismiss the case.
