I came to Heather because my Mother actually used her at the same time for her divorce. Originaly I had chosen to use a different lawyer but went through three before I decided to try Heather. She not only contacted me and always had some one to answer my questions (the most amazing assistant, Kim Parsons!!!!) but she helped put all my fears to rest by telling me the truth of everything and having a plan of action for whatever type of outcome there could be. She has been there for me through thick and thin. She has helped me with my divorce, child support, spousal maintence, child custody, educational battles and she even had to handle my enraged exhusband calling and harassing her & her employees! She won every case for me and has been a very big support system for me and my family through all this. Without Heather and Kym I don't know how things would have faired. In fact, they are jokingly referred to as my BFFs since there are weeks that I have to speak with them constantly.

After getting no where with another well known Tacoma attorney I met with Heather. She stuck with me through the thick and thin of an unusual case with my ex and our children. She is very knowledgeable and conducts herself with excellence in the court room. She is very highly respected and polished. I would highly recommend her--and have friends who have since used her and are very happy with her services.

I hired Heather to handle my divorce. I thought she handled it great, she kept me from making any rash decisions, and kept me fully informed of any dates or papers that I needed to sign. When I could not get a hold of her she made sure her assistant took care of me. Heather was always very profesional and very confident, she always came to court prepared and with a smile. Heather handled my custody case in 2004. She was amazing to work with. She's well respected and easy to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands with Heather. Her assistant Kim was always avaliable for questions. My ex's attorney was an awful, sneaky, slime bag and Heather was organised and to the point. The judge seem to hold her in high regard. She also covered me with a lot of provisions that I wouldn't have thought about. Considering that our case was drug out by my ex and his attorney her fees were completely reasonable! In 2006 my ex took me to court for contempt. It was a stupid charge and Heather got it dismissed and he was charged with my attorney fees for waisting court time. It was nice to have an attorney that knows the law and wins her cases. I also called in the last month to check on another issue. She's always helpful! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attorney.
