I’ve worked with Mr. Lazares on a few evictions, only one going to court. While he is knowledgeable, he was very rude to me. He interrupted and was condescending. Not exactly a ‘feel good’ when you’re paying someone $400/hr.

I spoke to Mr. Lazares about my situation. He was fast and to the point. He didn't waste time. He quickly knew what my situation was, what needed addressing. My situation was somewhat complicated. I was pleased with our interactions, his advice and knowledge of the law.

I purchased a foreclosure home and the former owners would not leave on their own, so I hired Danny. He has been very to the point (which is great), quick, and we're getting the eviction order from the judge. I hope to never need to evict someone again, but Danny has officially been added to my landlord tool belt and I recommend him!

We manage 440 apartments and Danny Lazares has been our go-to attorney for all our Landlord/Tenant legal needs for over ten years. Though we are lucky enough to have excellent tenants for the most part and therefor don't need him too often, when we do need Danny he always provides excellent service and advice and gets the job done quickly. We own properties in Tacoma and Spokane and have never been able to find an attorney for our Spokane properties who could perform remotely as well as Danny does for our Tacoma properties. I highly recommend Danny Lazares.
