I hired Mr Harkins to represent me with my car accident. He and his staff kept in touch with me about all matters concerning my insurance claims and consulted with all insurance companies involved. I didn't have to worry about anything. We didn't go to court, but my settlement was very satisfactory. Mr Harkins and his staff were very sympathetic, caring and patient, taking my calls and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney for an accident

Mr. Harkins represented me in a fair and competent manor and extracted the full amount of compensation my insurance policy allowed. The insurance company had only offered 46% of my personal injury amount under my policy. My accident was the result of an uninsured, unlicensed teenage driver crossing the center line of the roadway and crashing head-on into my vehicle with my wife and I both sustaining injuries. Mr. Harkins' through research and due diligence prevailed during an arbitration meeting with the arbitrator ruling in my favor thus enticing the insurance companies change of heart.

Vern promised and delivered a very professional and successful handling of our case. We received significant $$ for "pain and suffering". Vern also negotiated significant reductions in the amounts we were required to pay back to our own insurance companies. I feel most fortunate that I was able to obtain the services of Vernon W. Harkins of Rush Hannula Harkins Kyler, LLP, in dealing with the automobile accident in which I was injured. All my adult life I've heard that personal injury attorneys are Not Nice People... a belief that was quickly dispelled at our initial interview. I found Mr. Harkins' demeanor reassuring and quite comforting. He was very patient in addressing all my questions and concerns. At the conclusion I felt confident that my case was in competent hands. The accident occurred in July 2014 near Tacoma, Washington, where I was visiting a friend. In September I returned to Georgia, my state of residence. Thereafter all correspondence was conducted via email and the occasional telephone call. Mr. Harkins continued to actively pursue the case until all insurance options were explored and all claims satisfied. He even managed to provide me with a modest financial settlement for which I am most grateful as I wasn't expecting one. As six or seven separate insurance companies were involved in this event, it took a year to achieve resolution. Along the way I was kept regularly informed and any questions answered promptly--either by Mr. Harkins directly or by D'Ann Graf and Kay Weatherbee, Paralegal and Legal Assistant, respectively. Both ladies are extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful and a credit to Mr. Harkins.

Vern handled an auto accident for my passenger and me. He was courteous and reasonable. He responded to every phone call or email. His office staff was top notch, always returning calls immediately. They handled all the claims between two insurance companies and two health insurance companies.....then we both even got a settlement. I highly recommend him and his staff.
