I want to take this opportunity to both thank John Sterbick for the excellent legal advice and services he provided me throughout the long process of fighting with the IRS. They were charging me a lot of money simply because they did not agree or want to allow home-based real estate broker business expenses. Through his understanding and years of legal representation on tax issues, he was able to negotiate the amount I would owe by reducing that amount by 90%. He saved me thousands of dollars. Additionally, I want to take note that his fees were extremely reasonable. Based on standard area legal fees, I saved several thousands of dollars. John’s office is not the typical office you would expect with someone of his years of experience. You will not find flashy columns adorning a white concrete or brick building. You see a modest building that houses a reasonable accommodation for himself, other lawyers, and their staff. Yet, he produces results. Besides his tax practice, he also provides services in bankruptcy and personal injury. I would highly recommend him and his staff to work on any of these legal issues. I know the representation will be professional, competent, honest, and render the best possible results. John and his team are very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all LOYAL all the way through the case before, during and till it was over!!!!!! My personal injury case was on the difficult side but that did not bother them, they were professional and took the case with no problem or worries!! John and his team are all about NO NONSENSE!!!! I would recommend hiring John Sterbick if your filing for bankruptcy. His team of paralegals were very helpful in filing and addressing my concerns. Lorelei helped answer all of my questions I had, and Ray was very detailed in his paperwork preparation.
