Great place.

If only integrity were a common denominator for the foundation of all attorneys! As many do, I felt like the opposition was brow beating me and that takes a toll on oneself. I am very grateful to Erik for always being positive and bringing closure to a very difficult time and experience in my life. He maintained the course and calmly let slip encouragement, never overbearing, but always sure. His ethics should be a model for his occupation and an example for his counterparts to follow. You are reading this because you are either debating 1) if it's even worth it to get a lawyer, 2) which lawyer is going to be worth it? But there is so much about this process that you don't know and maybe you're afraid that you'll figure out just exactly how vast that information gap is? Demand letters? Depositions? Medical records? Claims agents? Arbitrators? Process servers? Applicable case law? When should we settle at negotiation and when should we go to arbitration and when should we go to court? You don't need to know because you hire them and they know. You don't need to worry because you will hire them and they will actually take care of the things you think you need to worry about. I have represented myself in a few cases and served people and been a witness in another case. I have been represented by 3 different attorneys in 3 different cases. I am also very familiar with a huge variety of laws, but none that deal with personal injury. When I was referred to Ladenburg, I came with a portfolio of pictures and videos and email conversations, and my medical records. I wanted to be an exceptionally buttoned-up client. But, you know what? You are going to hire Ladenberg law and you don't need to be the kind of person I was. Ok. Then just do a consultation. Imagine you've done 20 years of cases, wouldn't you start to notice trends? They will guide your case down the best path because they have probably walked it -in fact they probably built the path. So when you're asking yourself, is it worth it? To that I say: YOU ARE WORTH IT.

On December 27st 2017 I was involved in a head on accident while in a left hand turn lane. I had multiple injuries with massive pain. I started treatment and started to improve. A longtime friend advised me to see a lawyer. I didn't know where to start. He said when he had his accident, he hired Ladenburg law. I met with John soon after his recommendation. From the first meeting I knew I had made the right choice. Everyone at his office were caring, helpful and understanding. My case was settled recently and better outcome than I expected. On Christmas eve John called me this year to offer part of my case in advance. Because he sensed I might need financial help, knowing I've been out of work for 10 months. I was able to put a Christmas together for my grandkids and daughters. Ask yourself, who does that ? I was in an accident involving a drunk driver awhile back. Through some referrals I was able to find John and his team of professionals. These guys and gals are the best around hands down! I was hit by car and it sent me to harbor view hospital for two weeks due to my intensive list of injuries.
