Lack of responsiveness and poor communication with some clients
“I called in to ask if I may have a medical malpractice case. The lawyer I called is very impatient and unprofessional. The lawyer specializes in medical cases has little knowledge about medical field. I was calling related with gallbladder issues. And he hung up on me without me finishing the inquiry.”
