I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone that is a caught in a tough legal position related to family law. She had helped me on many occasions establish rights with my son, build a parenting plan and to expose how good dads should be able to see there kids without restrictions. The law isnt fare and without legal counsel you might as well just lay on the railroad tracks! Chelsea goes the extra mile and unlike most attorneys she take the extra time to explain and formulate a plan for your needs. She is my starting QB thank SF. Chelsea (and paralegal Heather) were absolutely incredible to work with on a recent situation regarding a disagreement in my divorce. Both Chelsea and Heather listened and responded with appropriate, courteous and thoughtful action; which aided in resolving my situation quickly. I felt fortunate and supported to be under the legal guidance of both Chelsea and Heather. I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone needing support with a family law matter. Being involved in a legal situation is trying and stressful ~ and as soon I listened and absorbed the information Chelsea and Heather gave me and realized that I had the support of them and the law; the anxiety decreased significantly. I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea. From start to finish, in a high conflict divorce case, Chelsea superseded my expectations. She is extremely competent, has a strong, confident manner, and makes herself available to her clients. I always felt that Chelsea was plugged into my case, proactive in handling it, and attentive to my needs and concerns. She and her team responded quickly to by calls and correspondence. Chelsea has been a godsend for me and my family. I could not be more elated about my choice to hire Chelsea to represent me as a person and a father. She is an ethical, intelligent, and aggressive attorney. I recommend her to anyone in need of legal representation in family law. I tried working with the mother of my child for several months after the birth of my child, and was taken advantage of and beaten down by her and her attorney at every attempt to work with them. After reaching a breaking point I sought legal representation to help me climb out of the hole they put me in. I met with several other attorneys before meeting Chelsea, and none showed any enthusiasm to fight for me. I was then referred to Chelsea’s firm by a friend, and was assigned to her by their client services. Chelsea entered our consultation with a fire inside of her and passion for family law. She wasted no time to fly through piles of documents I brought in. Within minutes she was able to analyze my situation; what needed to be done to regain traction; and how she could help me to get what I deserved as a father. During our consultation, Chelsea was honest with me about the financial obligation, and I was shown she was not going to waste my time or money. In the six months working with her, she has never wasted my time or money, and has always been upfront and communicated things I was doing to waste money, time or energy. She knows family law inside and out, and knows what the court consider relevant and doesn’t waste time on anything that isn’t relevant. Unfortunately, when taking over my case Chelsea was forced to deal with a difficult opposing party and their attorney. She was often presented with emotional and fraudulent non-sense from the opposing attorney. She knows all the games opposing attorneys play and saw through them all. She conducts herself ethically and sticks to the facts or the case, and uses them to align with the law to fight for me. She never lowers herself to play games, and is quick to shut them down and tell the opposing party to step up or shut up. Chelsea has always been available to me while handling my case; well beyond the call of duty. There has never been a day I was unable to reach her in a reasonable time, whether it is late into the evening, weekend, or holiday. If she has other obligations delaying her response, she is quick to communicate it to me. I have never been left wondering or frustrated when trying to reach her. Often times, issues arise over night and she is always up to date with my case, and quick reach out and explains them to me and ease the stress of these issues. She is as much a therapist as lawyer. From the moment Chelsea took on my case, she has lifted the weight of the world from my shoulders. Her services come at a financial cost, but I consider her to be priceless. She has allowed me to get back to rebuilding my life and concentrate on spending time with my child. Again, I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone needing legal representation in family law.

Chelsea and her team has been an amazing attorney and has been able to help me through the process of changing the parenting plan to better suit my children’s needs. She has been easy and fun to work along a side and helped me To understand the processes of courts and worked with my work schedule to better accommodate my needs as well, and my money situation. After my original attorney for my custody case was working on my file for 9 months and getting nothing done but sending me bills I had to seek help elsewhere. I was put in touch with Chelsea Miller at McKinley Irvin. She was a rock star, total bulldog. Got my case wrapped up in a couple weeks. We was responsive and didn't sugar coat anything. I feel she had my best interest in mind and played the game. I was able to get more custody of my boy than expected and everything settled before going to trial. Chelsea performed above and beyond any expectation I've ever had for a lawyer. From the very first consultation, she listened to my case and had several insights with in the first five minutes. I was slapped with a protection order filled with false allegations and had my daughter taken from me, during that time Chelsea went above and beyond to answer every last question and concern I had regarding the case, and even went so far as to answer some of these questions well out of her business hours. Her only concern was to see that my child was placed back into the right Hands, and with the evidence I provided her she built a supremely strong case for me. As a father in a "mothers state" I was worried but Chelsea more or less held my hand throughout this entire process and kept me confident in her law firms ability. She was highly professional and even gave my daughters mother a chance to do the right thing, but when she refused, The pitbull in ms.miller came out as she lunged into court with me to protect me and my rights. Her associate Desiree Hosannah took the lead and the two of them secured me almost full custody for my daughter and never once did we have to resort to mud slinging. They presented the cold hard facts in an organized and logical manner and at the end of the day they got me my daughter back 30 minutes after we walked out of the court room. Flash forward two weeks, Chelsea not only drafted up an amazing parenting plan but was able to once again hold my hand through that process and explain everything to me and my co parent all the while dealing with a busy case load. I honestly hope I never have a need for Chelsea Miller again, but on the off chance that I do, I would readily hire her again in a heartbeat, regardless of the cost, as she took the most stressful and awful time in my life and made it not only bearable, but gave me continuous hope throughout the entire ordeal. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone in need as she is without a doubt the best lawyer to grace this state with her presence. Because of her, I'm currently writing this review as I watch my babygirl smile and giggle at her self in a mirror and knowing full well that she will never be taken from me unjustly again. Chelsea, is AWSOME at what she does. She's very aggressive, outgoing, and what I believe is a major part of the Hosannah law group. Chelsea goes above and beyond her duty to ensure things are done effectively, professionally.
