I worked with Greg last year on a very personal matter. I found Greg's attentiveness to be severly lacking. I had to call him every time for an update, and he struggled to update on what was going on. Of the three times I was in court with him as my attorney, he personally attend a grand total of zero appearances, instead choosing to pay other attorneys, who didn't know my case, to show up. The last time I met with him in person, he looked through my file as though he had never seen it before, and had no real working knowledge of my case. I had to make the hard decision to seek another lawyer to complete the legal matter, and sadly, I cannot recommend Greg.

Mr. Magee provided us with estate planning assistance, including writing our wills. He was thoroughly prepared for our first meeting with advice speciifc to our family's situation. When we had questions about the language in our wills he provided thoughtful, clear responses. Mr. Magee was extremely professional throughout the process and even met with us on a Saturday in our neighborhood to witness the signing of our wills. He made the whole process easy and straightforward. We intend to use his services again should we need additional estate planning assistance.

Our son has learning disabilities and related court issues involving his ADHD behaviors. Greg worked with him as a teenager and now again as an adult. He was straightforward with Joshua and with us. We were looking for an advocate in the court to help Joshua face his issues. Greg established a good relationship with both Joshua and with us, in some very difficult circumstances. We navigated a very difficult time. Our son has not come out of this without requirements, but we were not looking to have the case dismissed so much as we were looking for him to get needed help and for the court to understand as much as it could. We are pleased with the outcome.

He got me the best deal he could given my circumstances. He was there for me throughout. I have used him earlier when I was a teenager, and this second time as an adult. He understands my learning disabilities and related issues.

Greg went way above and beyond what was expected of him. He kept me informed of everything going on and made the process easy to understand. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone. I will also turn to Greg in the future should I need to.

Greg did not handle my case well at all. He started out being very pleasant, professional and compassionate as highlighted by another review. Greg did not return phone calls. I even started to receive correspondence from opposing side informing me he had not returned their calls either. It was a very uncomfortable position to be in and it left me feeling extremely vulnerable. Greg missed critical deadlines. Which caused me to not receive the amount of money that could have been received. When I did get him on the phone he would assure me that he was handling everything and that he had written follow-up letters. When I started asking for copies of correspondence that he said he had written it took him about 3 months before he finally mailed me a copy of one letter that he had written in a span of 2 yrs. I later learned that correspondence that he said he sent was never received by the other party. I was angry and disappointed but mostly tired. You hire an attorney for peace of mind. Greg provided just the opposite. It was a nightmarish experience. My only advice is that if you retain him make sure you document every attempt you make to reach him and get copies of everything.- Good luck!

In my felony case(s), Magee was able to reduce my original charges to less serious ones. All things considered, I already had several felony points on my record and Magee was able to keep me out of prison (and the inital offers were lengthy prison terms). As a result of his concern for the case, his negotiations with the state and his precision in the courtroom, I was given a chance to start my life over with no prison time. I was able to participate in a community program that contributed greatly to my successes today. Gregory A. Magee works hard for his clients and it definately showed in the outcome of my case. Greg represented me on a DUI and a Felony matter. The results were miraculous. His ethic was sound and he made a conscious effort to keep me calm through a very stressful experience. His follow up practices also put me at ease. While working on my cases Greg made a vaunted effort that was tailored to pursue multiple outcomes simultaneously in order to obtain the best possible result. Which he did.

The results at the end of our case were amazing and and Magee never faltered! If we ever need an attorney in the state of washington again, he's our man!

Greg Magee beat each traffic ticket I brought to him since I've known him. I referred him to my mother when she was in a traffic accident and he was able to get the whole thing dismissed. Greg is great & I intend on retaining him if I ever have any other legal problems.

it was alomst 4 years ago the gregory helped me on a CPS case me and my wife were falsely accused of shakeing ur 2nd olds kid... and it was his 1st case like that.... and after a 1year and hafe we beat the state and got ur kids back i wouldnt of been able to deal with all the stuff we had to go through if it wasnt for gregory being there for me. for this being his 1st case like this he did a excellent job.....
