Lindsey took over the divorce (with a child) process after our failed attempt to complete everything on our own. I didn't have to worry about what I may be missing or not thinking of; Lindsey did it for us. She made sure everything was considered and was very flexible with how to communicate with myex (letting me do the communicating vs her managing all communications). I am so glad to have the process finalized and behind me. She helped wrap up all the final details, including getting the house officially transferred over after the divorce was finalized. Thank you Lindsey! Lindsey was referred to me by a friend who had long been divorced but was going through a lawsuit with his ex-wife about additional back payment for their adult child. Lindsey took great care with their situation and managed to have it resolved while avoiding a lengthy trial process.

First off, Lindsey is an absolute genius in family law. I consulted with multiple lawyers, Lindsey being the first, and she was the only one willing to fight the opposing attorney for my rights as a FATHER. She took my case knowing I was under an indictment and still didn’t bat an eye at the fight ahead. Not only did she get me essentially 50/50 (12 days a month) she got all the stipulations on my visitation removed and JOINT DECISION MAKING put in place. If you need a lawyer there’s really no other answer. She’ll fight for you every step of the way and get you the most ideal outcome possible. I wouldn’t reccomend anyone else

Lindsey and her team made my divorce process so painless! They answered all of my questions (of which there were many) and did so in a timely manner. And when the time came to file, she always had my best interest in mind, making suggestions and recommendations along the way. Working with Lindseygave me the peace of mind to know things were being taken care of while allowing me the time to focus on my children and their overall well being throughout the season of change. I honestly don't think I could have done it or kept it together without Lindsey. I am forever grateful for everything she and her team did and I would give 1 million stars if they were available (I suppose 5 will have to suffice). From the consultation it was clear that Lindsey was not only highly capable and incredibly knowledgeable, but that she was going to fight for ME. Lindsey was fantastic. I started out trying to do the whole agreement myself and she gave me tons of guidance before I even decided to hire her. This was the first time in my life I had had to hire a lawyer and I am so grateful it was her. The DVPO ended up getting dismissed in full. On top of that, because my declaration, supporting documents and Attorrney Rogers arguments at the hearing were so well done, the commissioner was able to see through the lies and was even able to recognize how my SO was using manipulative and coercive techniques as part of his case. I spoke with many lawyers to start this process. I thought I had found the right team to help navigate me through one of the most difficult processes of my life. On the silver screen they call in super heros in tights to come save the day…but in the real world, they are much more inconspicuous. Divorce is very stressful especially when there are children and assets involved. As a man in the military and a successful career I have a lot to lose.
