Absolutely the smoothest process for having a speeding ticket contested in Pierce county. Jordan was extremely prompt in contacting me, very helpful in answering all of my questions, and provided easy and convenient methods of communication (text when not available, sending him a picture of my infraction notice by text). I had a great experience working with Daryl and everyone at his office. Very easy to communicate with and they were always on top of my case whenever I called with questions. The office is conveniently located and professional. I could not be happier with the decision I made to hire Daryl, he is a very smart man and has a strong personality. I was repeatedly told by others outside his office, Daryl is one of the top 3 lawyers in Pierce county and I totally believe this after him helping me. The attorney he assigned to me , he never called back when the said he would and allowed the prosecutor to change the terms of the condition of the plea bargain after i accepted it and allowed the prosecutor to add an addition 900$ fine after the I accepted the initial first offer that didn't have the fine. Extremely nice guy, but nice doesn't equate to competence in this case. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and I wouldn't take a chance and I would go somewhere else and find someone through a reference, there were a lot of people in the courtroom complaining about their attorneys. I could never count on them returning a my call when they said they would, If I had to do over again, i would definitely use someone else. Just my two cents

My first speeding ticket in life, and first time hiring a lawyer, and Jordan got it dismissed.

Excellent Service. Jordan Foster was able to get son's speeding ticket dismissed without requiring my son to appear in court. Since my son goes to Pittsburgh for his college, this was very helpful. We just sent him the ticket and his payment and got the dismissal in email a few weeks later.
