Nicole was referred to me by a close, trusted friend when I needed counsel during my divorce. She was highly recommended, and I hired her to help me during this difficult time. Nicole was just incredible. She was a true counselor providing valuable advice in not only family law, but real estate, finance (investments, transaction tracking and forensic evaluation), judicial procedure and legal strategy. I am incredibly grateful for her support and guidance. I have working closely with legal professionals my entire career and the one strength that consistently stood out with Nicole's performance was that she was efficient with her time and her work was impeccable. She would complete tasks/briefs/filings/etc. in a half or a third of the time as other attorneys I have worked with previously and she nailed it every time. They sure do stand by this statement "it is always our goal to find the simplest solution to a legal dispute" In regrades to real estate law, if your case is more than a simple solution or a simple contract do not waste your $350 for a 30 minute consultation. There is no back bone at this firm to fight for your case in real estate law.

Chelsea is not a typical lawyer. Rather, she is a solver of legal problems. In my case, I am facing divorce - one that I do not want, but for which I had to prepare and steel myself. Chelsea masterfully accomplished that, while at the same time working on MY goal of avoiding the divorce. Facing an opposing attorney whose interest lies only in reaching a case conclusion, this was particularly challenging. Using her communication skills to champion my goal, while preserving my best interests should those efforts be unsuccessful, this dual approach may open doors for potential resolution without divorce as the end result. She has created an atmosphere that will most certainly avoid a bitter ending. Reviews of Chelsea are consistent with mine, and I now know exactly why. She is the person you want on your side because she will approach your situation the way you want her to, advise you when she thinks you are making an error in judgment, and support you during the difficult times. I believe that finding Chelsea is the best thing that could have happened for me in my case. I also don't see how she could not be the best attorney for ANY other case as well. But right now, you can't have her. She's mine. Can I give her six stars instead of just 5, or rate her an 11 instead of just a 10?

Worth every penny

Nicole Bolan is the best! Had to fire my first Attorney who wasted $15,000 sending endless request for opposing counsel. Once I realized that she was just burning money, I hired Nicole. Nicole came in and eleventh hour to save me!!. Not only did she get opposing counsel to come to the table and communicate and respond to discovery. She made mincemeat of my ex on the witness stand and showed his complete lack of integrity. The judge made a fair decision . I'm forever greatful to Nicole Bolan.

My review is for Chelsea Miller at BKB Law. Ms. Miller is an exceptional lawyer. She is personable, well spoken without being overly verbose or pedantic and attentive to her clients. I met with an initial consultation and she came to the meeting prepared. She'd already skimmed through recent documents so there was minimal "Tell me why you're here" when compared with other lawyers I've met with in the past. Despite having reservations due to past dealings with other lawyers, her presence set me at ease. She guided the meeting effortlessly (without checking the time every few minutes) and provided information I could use if I decided not to retain her services. Never once did she pressure me to retain her and never once did I feel like she was playing her cards close to her chest in order to force me to depend on her and retain her. Ms. Miller asked important questions, gave several options for a long term strategy and honestly answered every question I had with solid expertise. She is focused on cutting to the heart of the matter without allowing emotions or non-important information stymie the case. While I could continue to represent myself with the knowledge I've gained in dealing with the courts over the years and with what she presented during the meeting, I decided to retain her services. Her effortless confidence is exactly what I'm looking for in the upcoming difficulties I know I'll face. Based on how much care and attention she provided for our short consultation, I can rest easier knowing she will represent my interests in court.
