I highly recommend Vitaliy Kertchen. It was about nine months ago I hired him to represent me in sealing my juvenile record, and having my firearms rights restored. I must say I'm very satisfied with his service, and he was very communicative through the whole process.

Quick email responses and general follow-up. Good overall service so I would recommend. Took away the stress of trying to handle the case myself, especially since I live out of state.

Vitaliy Kertchen is an excellent atourney! I inquired online about services relating to restoring firearms rights. Within minutes Vitaliy responded and found that I was eligible for restoration of my rights. And in addition to that he told me that he could also vacate one of my charges. Only a few minutes after that I had signed our contract and paid for his services online. He described the process and time schedule range. A short time later, before the low end of his time estimate he let me know that the process was complete. Vitaly is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Everything he said that he would be able to do he did. He always responded to emails quickly and answered all questions I had. I would recomend him to anyone who needs his services. He took payments when I couldn't do the full paymant and everything that he did was done even quicker then his projected time table. Highly recommended.
