Getting my rights back is something I've wanted to do for so many years. Fortunately I had some friends that pointed me to Kertchen Law. This was such a simple process I am still amazed at how little of my personal time was needed. Honestly only took a few emails and about 10-15 minutes of my time. I would and already have recommend this law office. Its so easy, they do everything, the only regret I have is waiting as long as I did to go through with it.

I spent the last 13 years wondering if I would EVER get my rights back. After a quick Google search and a free consultation, I was signing paperwork to start the process. Kertchen and his team of amazing paralegals had my paperwork done, in front of a judge two whole MONTHS before their estimated time to completion. Helped restore my gun rights. At first the firm said it usually takes 2 to 3 months . Due to Covid this turned into about 6 months which was to no fault of there own.
