After 25yrs my rights have been fully restored and I'm eligible for a CPL!
Vitaliy responded to my inquiry within about 15 minutes. He was professional, upfront, and transparent about the process from start to finish.
It took about about a month and a half with no court appearances.
His office has helped about 20 of my friends restore their rights. I've referred at least a dozen other people in the last month or so and will continue to do so!
