My experience was great. I was told it was going to take 60 days to restore my gun rights and it only took 28.

This has been the best legal experience I've had. I've spent 12 long years trying to clear up my juvenile record and get back to normalcy and the wonderful folks at Kertchen Law helped me finally take the last step to do just that. I would recommend them time and time again.

Worth every penny. They got my gun rights pushed threw in no time. I was in the middle of getting my gun rights back when this whole pandemic hit and was worried and would totally understand if the process was put on hold while our country got back to normal. I contacted them asking for an update they immediately got back to me saying they would do everything they can to keep the process going and hopefully best case scenario it took a little longer.not even a week later I got an email saying my gun rights have been restored. I am extremely pleased and would totally recommend them to anyone.

If you committed a crime in Washington state years ago and currently live in another state other than Washington and would like to have your gun rights restored, BE AWARE that kertchen law will not answer any questions regarding what state you live in and whether or not you will be able to carry a firearm in your current state. I spoke to kertchen law as well as an attorney in the state of Nevada which I currently live and the Nevada attorney told me to contact a Washington state lawyer to have my gun rights restored being that's where the crime was committed, So! I am back on the email communication wagon with kertchen law and explained to him that the Nevada attorney told me to contact him to have my gun rights restored in Washington state being that's where the crime was committed, and I stressed to kertchen law that I needed to know whether or not I could purchase a firearm in the state of Nevada once my rights were restored and again was provided with no confident answer. Trusting the Nevada attorney I paid kertchen law to have my gun rights restored which did take place for a $1,000 fee and lo and behold I am not legally able to purchase a firearm in the state of Nevada. ALL I NEEDED WAS MY QUESTION ANSWERED and neither could do it!! In the end it cost me $1,000.00 and I got NO GUN RIGHTS RESTORED in my current state!! I will however state that if you currently live in Washington and hire kertchen law chances are he will get you what you paid for. All kertchen law had to do is be human and go the extra mile for the money they were paid by an extremely hard-working laborer who needs the money more than they do and have my questions answered. But I was failed by kertchen law as well as A Nevada attorney who I will be reviewing next. If you know something say something and save someone a lot of trouble and money they dont have.
