I have nothing but great things to say about John Doherty. He has helped me with two cases and both times I came out better than I had ever expected. He always made himself available any time I had any questions or concerns. He put so much time and energy in to both of my cases. I recommend John Doherty anytime anyone I know needs an attorney or even just legal advice. He is simply the best!

I was charged with a felony offense last year that I was not guilty of. I consulted with John and he felt that he could help me so I hired him. Before court John explained exactly what was going to happen and made me feel as comfortable. He met with the prosecutor and explained my position. At the next hearing John had me bring some documentation with me. He showed me some cases he had researched and explained why my case should be dismissed. Before our next hearing, the prosecutor had called John and told him that the case was going to be dismissed. I can't tell you how happy I was that I hired John.

I hired John approximately five years ago for a criminal matter. Not knowing what to expect from the court system, I was so very thankful to have an attorney like John on my side. His clear knowledge of the law and professional demeanor in the courtroom put me at ease. I hopefully will never need a criminal law attorney again, but if I do, I would hire John again in a heartbeat!

John took the time to explain to me the possible resolutions that could occur in my case and calmed me down right away. Ultimately John was able to negotiate a resolution to my case where I didn't have to go to jail, did not lose my license and didn't hurt my job.
