I was referred to Dan by the Bar referral service and immediately felt a connection with him. During the initial consultation, Dan listened to my case and thoughtfully presented guidance and potential approaches to the solution. I was in a situation where I was being taken advantage of by my business partners and retained Dan to negotiate a dissolution of the partnership. Since our initial engagement the situation with the state of the business changed and we had to adapt to changing circumstances. Dan has gotten me out of and also prevented me from getting into multiple sticky situations and provided expert counsel along the way. Dan is a masterful negotiator and brilliant legal strategist. Dan was hired to represent us on two time-sensitive civil court cases. Not only did he immediately gathered the facts for both our cases, but he hammered out a settlement for one of them the very day he was hired. The second case was resolved within two weeks. He is the master of negotiations. Dan does not waste time in getting the job done in a timely manner. His fees are reasonable and he is worth every penny. I and my family were referred to Dan after the passing of my mother and the disservice we had with the assisted living facility.
