October 1 2023 Good afternoon Dr. Levey, My name is Adolph L Keyes Jr. I writing you as a courtesy, I am an extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism exhibited bye your law firm and it’s employees. On September 22, 2023 I spoke with Jose Dominguez, Nicole Brinkmeyer and Rodrick Morgan about my financial obligations if I were to hire your firm to represent me. The three of them were all in agreement that I couldn’t and didn’t qualify for your firms monthly payment plan. Therefore they explained to me that I would have to pay $7500 in full with cash. I informed them that I could do that, however it would be my entire savings. Your team especially Mr Morgan explained that would be enough to cover the case unless the defendant takes the case to court. He then informed me most likely that would t be scheduled until the summer of 2024. Never did the lead attorney nor any members of his team mentioned anything about me having to keep $4500 in my account or my representation would be halted. I can’t even get an email response from Mr Dominguez, Ms Brinkmeyer or Mr Morgan. However Jacob in the finance department can call andsay “if you can’t pay, we’ll just refund you whatever’s left” This is beyond appalling, not only am I financially destroyed I’m also now emotionally defeated. The only chance a Father in a situation such as mine has of ever finding and seeing their child is through people such as yourself, Mr Dominguez, Ms Brinkmeyer and Mr Morgan. You’re the hope. You’re the faith. You’re the angel God sends when we pray for our children that we are asking the Lord to help us be with. Instead, you’re now the reason I feel defeated and cheated. Mr Dominguez, Ms Brinkmeyer, Mr Morgan and your firm, the Levey Law Group/Firm happily took my money, provided mediocre and slimy practices. I don’t expect it, but if you do have a response, call me Ms Brinkmeyer has my number. It would go a long way in the amount of Integrity you have as and individual. VR

DO NOT HIRE! This is my personal experience. My personal opinion. This law firm took over 50k from me (90 days). I had 3 separate paralegals representing me at different times. Each paralegal wanted to do something completely different each time I was billed for those different ways and methods. Two different attorneys each attorney wanted to do things differently and each time I was billed separately for each one of those. This is by far one of the worst decisions I've ever made is hiring this Law firm for my divorce. I watched someone who costs 5k rip them apart in court. In my personal opinion they did not care at all about what was going on they were just there for my money.

We had CPS called on us with some pretty outrageous accusations. Ken not only helped stop CPS from violating our rights further, but get us into an agreement that worked for everyone. His actions helped us in more ways than one that is for sure! He is well worth his price that is for damn sure.

In my case, Mr. Levey was professional and curious but never accomplished what was promised for the retainer I paid him. His conversations were inefficient, in that he would comment on all kinds of peripheral issues, tell you things you already knew and otherwise stretch out the time and then bill you appropriately. He provided many services I neither asked for nor wanted. In the year or so I had him working for me, he talked me into debt, to pay off my wife, never filed any paperwork I had originally asked for to set the record for me that was initially agreed to and ended up exceeding his retainer by 40% without notice - in other words, it appears that once he found I was broke, he did a bunch of work but didn't complete it yet gave me no impression beforehand how much it would end up costing. I feel deceived and cheated.

Mr. Levey was my choice through my Ernst & Young referral site for my divorce needs. I had just completed a two year deployment with the Navy and needed some legal advice. He was sensitive to my needs and gathered all the details. Due to the incompetence of Mr. Bobman and later Mr. Miller(ex's lawyers) we eventually wrap things up. Mr. Levey was upfront on fees and set my expectations. You know you have made the right choice in representation when you can still have a civil conversation after everything is completed.

Ken has been a stand up guy and has addressed my concerns in proceedings. I trust that Ken has my best interests in mind.

I have hired multi attorneys over the years, I have seen them be both successful and unsuccessful. The unsuccessful always do to poor planning, possible because of laziness, and always with a bossy sense of confidence. I have seen another lawyer dance the dance in court while the whole time being less than truthful in his statements to the judge. Ken levey is successful do to his mind. He asked questions to determine our goals, he asked more questions to determine the boundaries of compromise we could tolerate, and then presented options - plans of attack. He spoke clearly about what each option may cost, due to the pitfalls and obstacles of each, and the chances for levels of success at each option. It was like working with a grandmaster of chess outlining each strategy, the likely response of the other parties, the time for the response, the cost of the response, where each of these chess moves towards our end goal would leave us in our daily lives-again outline the real cost, financial and toll of exerted will to live. And to make it even easier, it was like working with a grandmaster of chess while he taught you with the book he wrote "chess for dummies", the big yellow book series some of us have used to become familiar with areas we know nothing about. I wish all lawyers were like Ken, intelligent, truthful, knowledgeable, and clearly an artist in his field. A true professional, i can think of no better advocate to recommend in his field, especially after a the store is of family and custody I have heard over the years. BTW, Ken's solution to our issue was on point, financially, along with his advice on how to use it in our interaction. Ken also follows up, to make sure all is well. There is no reason now for him to do it, the kiddo is 18 but he still calls. Thanks Ken, to you and your team.

Ken is a very knowledgable and thorough attorney. His navigating me through my divorce proceedings was handled with skill and care. Any questions I had concerning every step of the process was answered simply and completely. He was not satisfied until I fully understood the sometimes meticulous nature of my divorce. But, most of all, he treated me as a human being. He genuinely cared about how I was feeling and to address any misgivings or concerns I had both legally and emotionally. I highly recommend his services beyond what he did for me to anyone who is seeking a strong, knowledgeable, and compassionate attorney.

Mr. Levey, at my request was able to get spousal maintenance at my divorce hearing and I was able to keep my home. I am sorry that I didn't hire him from the start of the proceedings, as it would have eliminated me having to deal with my ex-spouse and his games for as long as I did. I really appreciated his professionalism, personality and he was never too busy to talk with me when I needed help understanding an issue.

Kenneth is a great attorney that came to my rescue. After battling with divorce for over 3 years and two previous attorney's, I sincerely felt I could do better by myself. I'm not an attorney so I couldn't get anywhere with the judge. As a last resort I called Ken, he agreed to work for me and provided real honest support. I didn't have to suggest ever move, like my previous counsel. He knew what he was doing and understood what the courts need and what judges are looking for, which made things much easier for me. He provided honest options on what may or may not work, and how to best proceed. In the end, let's just say my children are happy living with their father and I am very pleased the the results Kenneth Levey provided. As a result I have used his services more than once, and referred several friends, all of which have been grateful.

I needed Ken's services during a very difficult time with CPS. He was professional, kind and a real. genuine person. He believed in me when no one else did, and it showed in his work. My case lasted several years, off and on, with one thing or another popping up. He never faltered in his representation of me, he helped me make the best decisions even during emotional times, and I felt that Ken "had my back". He is always there for me, whenever I have a legal question. I would not hesitate one second to call him today if I needed legal assistance again.
