Gustavo Cueva is an amazing immigration lawyer. My husband and I found him on Google after his first application was denied. We had been working on the first for many years on our own, and were feeling hopeless. Gustavo was very kind and got us in quickly. He reviewed the information from our prior case and gave us a few options of how to proceed. We ended up filing a new application through our marriage. Gustavo went over the timeline and had a list of documents and things that we needed to gather. He made it very easy and was quick to answer all of our questions. When the state tried to push back, he didn't hesitate to reach out and explain next steps. He fought hard for us and our family and finally, we got an email from him letting us know my husband was approved for his green card. I cried tears of happiness and relief as I read that email. I immediately called my husband and read the email to him. That made our whole week!! Gustavo is great at communicating and making sure that you understand the process and what to expect.
