A couple months in and I am getting conflicting information about the status of my case depending on who I talk to. I really hope this doesn't continue down the wrong track. Reserving judgement for now on whether or not I chose the correct firm.

El es de México y tiene viviendo en el país desde el 2005' tuvo 2 deportaciones, 2002 y 2004 (aproximadamente)luego en el 2015 tuvo un diu " el 2023 nos casamos yo soy ciudadana , quisiera saber si hay alguna manera de arreglar para mi esposo? The initial consultation with Hector was nothing to what ended up being my entire process and experience. Every time I would call the firm to get an update for my case, no one was ever able to have a solid answer, they always brushed me off saying "Someone will call you back" no one ever did. It took me more than a year to get a response for my case and to be able to schedule a visit with Hector to explain next steps for something that needed immediate attention and needed renewing, which later cost me more money! It wasn't until I requested to stop my case and have my money back that things got moving. I was really disappointed because Hector mapped out a very specific process for me at the very beginning before committing to his services and ended up being nothing related to what he had "promised." I hope that no one else has gone through this or is going through this.
