Christy Carpenter is an absolutely amazing person, if it wasn't for her I'd still be married. From the first day I talked to her I never questioned whether she was right for me, I knew she would fight to help me with my case and she has every step of the way. Christy always kept me informed of what was going on and she always returned my phone calls or texts as soon as possible. There are those in Christy's profession that are in it for the money and will draw out your case as long as possible and charge you as much as they can. Christy Carpenter is not one of them, she will fight tooth and nail to help you while working with you on your finances. I highly recommend Christy Carpenter to help you with your divorce.

I'm not sure how the rest of the company operates but, the LLLT was awful. She didn't help advocate for me in any way, incredibly difficult to get a hold of, and I was constantly left feeling like I didn't matter. I went months without hearing back from her and was charged for every tiny little thing.

Brian Murry is a bulldog. And that is exactly what you want with a good attorney. Mr. Murry will tell you exactly how it is, and exactly how it isn't. He will tell you absolutely ZERO fairy tales. He won't butter you up with pipe dreams only to take as much from you while you chase fairy tales. He is direct, straight to the point, and effective. But when the metal meets the meat, he will fight TOOTH AND NAIL for you in court. He, along with his fantastic paralegal Kyra are the best duo in family law in the area. Bar none. You will NOT regret your choice.

I recommend Brian and Kyra 1000 times over. They were amazing. They answered all my questions and were up front with everything. They helped me prepare for all different scenarios for my case. They kept me up to date every step of the way.

Every time we spoke it took only a couple minutes before he would have a disrespectful tone and raise his voice. All becuase I would ask for a resonable request like an inventory of assets. If you did not do a basic plan that he came up with he word tell you to "shut up" or "stop talking". The only conclusion is that he can not handle a complex divorce or is to lazy to do anything that he has not done a thousand times. If he cant negotiate something as simple as assets how can he handle anything more complicated than a divorce where the customer does all the work. The second terrible item is that he would not understand basic requests or allow you to proof his communcations to the apposing attorneys and or court. The number of mistakes made was astonishing and proofing legal documents written on your behalf is reasonable and expected in the industry. This is the most disapointing attorney.

This was the second family law attorney that I had reached out to for my particular situation. Brian got to the core of the situation and outlined pros and cons for each situation. He has a NO Nonsense approach with lots of valuable information. He’s definitely not in this business to quickly take your retainer and lead you on a goose chase. He spent 30 minutes with me on a free consultation and explained what I need to do when the time comes! This was a breath of fresh air and I will definitely use him when the time comes! I highly recommend and I am so glad he was sent to me as a referral!

My wife left me for another guy and I tried to work out are marriage even though she was with someone else I had to unfortunately because she served me papers go through a devoirce with two little kids with Brian and Kyra help me and we were just about to get split custody and kept me filled in about how devoirce can play out and what to expect but wound up settling through mediation of split custody.
