My name is Tony Jones. This is the attorney you need to represent you. I myself had issues with the law regarding a speeding ticket. Needless to say, but Mr. Scott Moriarity took care of everything, did not even have to take off work to step one foot in court. That said, do your self a favor and hire Mr. Scott Moriarity to represent you.

Scott is the best. His services are a little pricey, but money well spent. He got our ticket dismissed outright, and our insurance isn't going to be going up... so really, in the long run, he is saving us money. I wish I could give him 6 stars.

Scott was extremely professional and very detailed in all of the steps to fight my speeding ticket. He kept in contact with emails and phone calls as needed. Would highly recommend him!

I was in a horrible accident at the end of December. I received a ticket in the mail weeks later. I also received a letter from Scott Moriarity. I almost ignored the letter, boy I am glad I didn't. Scott was able to get my ticket dropped, which not only helped by not having the ticket on my driving record but also helped the insurance company with the percentage of fault put on myself in the accident. Whatever you do DO NOT IGNORE that letter. It can make a huge difference you.

I had got a speeding ticket w/ the radar gun back in Dec 2019 i received a letter from Scott’s law firm shortly after and decided to contact & I’m so happy I did.. Scott was very professional, confident made me feel very comfortable to put my trust into him.. stayed in contact the whole time informed me what was going on I didn’t have to do anything, just recently got the email from Scott saying my ticket was dismissed and OMG was I happy! Saved me from a lot! If I ever get any other tickets I will definitely be using Scott’s services again hands down he’s the best would recommend you won’t be disappointed

When I arrived at his office, he showed interest in my case and listened to all I had to say. Scott took care of a traffic issue quickly and very reasonably.

I live in alaska and came down to washington to buy a car, got driving without insurance and he walked me through a way to get out of the ticket even though it would have made it so I didnt hire him!
