I received a letter from Scott about a week after I got a ticket. I usually don’t give a second thought to letters like this in the mail. I’m very glad I did this time. I was contacted by Scott Moriarty after receiving a traffic infraction. He went over the process with me and I was able to pay over the phone, additionally he appeared in court for me. He ultimately managed to get my infraction dismissed and I never had to raise a finger or travel anywhere, and kept me informed with the status of the ticket and court dates as they became available.

Scott reached out to me when I had gotten my ticket. It was excellent timing that I recieved his letter to represent me because my insurance had just lowered my premium. So if I had taken the ticket, my premium would have surely gone up again. He assured me that the ticket could be dismissed or my money back. Today at court. That is exactly what happened. Scott's awesome! Had a ticket for $400+ with 3 infractions on it, he guaranteed he could get the speeding tossed but the other 2 he wasnt sure. Guaranteed me a full refund if he could not get all 3 dismissed. Well, he was able to and I definitely recommend him to family and friends.
