Roger Schweinler assisted me with enforcing my divorce decree. This took place during COVID but that did not stop him. He was patient with us. I had the pleasure of hearing him argue my case and I couldn't have been more happy with his performance. I have been using Lutz & Associates for more than 8 years with this being the first time I was paired with Roger. I would definitely use him again.

After being poorly represented by another firm (MI), I was fortunate to hire Roger. He was very professional, especially when dealing with my ex-wife’s unreasonable attorney. He takes the time to listen and understand your situation and provides options along the way. Roger and his team are very professional in everything they do. I was kept informed of things pertaining to my divorce in a very timely manner. Roger and his team were always available to answer any question I had about my divorce. Roger was able to get me everything I wanted from my divorce.
