I recommend off the Record to everyone! The lower MS. Scott Moriarity is awesome! He is good communication, always responding promptly, my ticket dismissed. He did great job. Thank you. Ms. Scott Moriarity.

Scott reached out when I got a speeding ticket by WA state patrol. While I was in the middle of a deployment he went to court for me and got the ticket dismissed. Recommend him to get your ticket dismissed.
