We hired Wade Neal to handle a licensing contract. It was apparent right away that he could translate "legalese" into language a lay person could understand. He was able to streamline the agreement, remove pitfalls, and negotiate on our behalf to reach an end that was acceptable. Legal matters can be scary and it is very important to have professional help. I am very happy that we worked with him and will certainly call upon him for help in the future.
