I have a clean DMV record. I don't go to any of the hearings as he and his paralegal do all the work. The last few years Mr. Twichel has helped my kids as well. I highly recommend Mr. Twichel for handling traffic violations.

I was side-swiped by a reckless driver speeding on I-5 Freeway, being hit initially at my left rear fender, then continuing denting my left rear door, my left front door, then my left front fender. After chasing the offender, she finally pulled over. A State Patrol officer gave me a ticket, of which Dennis Twichel had removed via the Washington State Court System. He is an affordable attorney and he is well known and respected within the judicial system. That being said, I think he is a best choice if you want a deal on your case and not dismissal. I understand circumstances of each case maybe different but I feel like my case was handled unfairly, it deserved to be dismissed since cops took away my dash cam memory card and never returned it back .When I tried to bring that up to him his response to me was "is there a reason why you want it back?" ITS MINE I WANT IT BACK. IF IT WAS NOT PRESENTED ANYWHERE ON THE POLICE REPORT IT MEANS THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING!! I just think he was on the system's side instead of being on my side.I ended up going for the deal anywhere to move on with life!
