Took my money, stopped commicating and didnt finish the job... left me hanging and had to hire another atty..unprofessional and waste of money...avoid.

In 2015 Mitchell was to represent me in divorce against wife. He a so called Marine sign a deal with my wife lawyer. Giving my wife the house my tools equipment and all my personal belongings while I sat on jail.He did maybe 3 hrs of work and left me with nothing.He talks tuff , but he's no Marine

I hired mitchell to do help me with an accident in to help with keeping my license I quickly realized after I gave him 500.00 that he did not know what he was doing. We went to court and he was incredibly confident so much so he was rude to the court staff. I lost my case and I lost my license I had to hire another more competent lawyer.

Mr. Mitchell took on my family law case while I was at the worst point in my life. He worked with me on payments and his rates are reasonable. His paralegal is very smart and caring and was able to keep me calm when I was losing it. These people know their stuff. Due to the unusual kind of conflict in my case, Mr. Mitchell told me I could call him on his cell anytime night or day. I used it three times and he took my call every time and once on a holiday weekend! In the end my case worked out in my favor and I don't think I would have been able to have that with any other lawyer and still be sane.

Mr Mitchell represented me in a both an administrative and a potential criminal case. He was very accessible to a very scared person who feared for his health and well being in the court system, Due to the nature of the case he gave me an after hours number in case I received news that caused me great distress. His fees were well below the 10-15K that I was quoted from other firms. He took payments from me, as work was hard to get under the charges I was accused of. Great work and very caring. Have recommended him to a number of people.

Mr. Mitchell handled my personal injury last year. I was having trouble dealing with the insurance company and was nearing a panic state due to not being able to work and my bills piling up. Mr. Mitchell was able to get a fair settlement for me in a short amount of time. He took my phone calls on weekends also. It was a good experience.

I hired Mr. Mitchell over a year ago to handle my family law case. He accepted payments from me and took $750 of my money and did no work for me. I am set back even further now and got nothing but stress out of this and my hard earned money taken. He will try to tell you otherwise but when I end up with $750 in the hole and no where closer to resolving my matter...There are many alternatives that he could have done for me. He will go a week without responding to you if at all.
