In Aug 07 I suffered an on the job injury. I tried to deal with the issue on my own. I was frustrated, scared, intimidated and felt alone, as well as suffering from extreme pain. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Mark Wagner. During my time as his client, Mr. Wagner has secured for me many rights the injured worker often cannot win on his own. The most notable would be a hard-fought victory in my pursuit to have a spinal cord stimulator implant. Washington State Labor and Industries does not recognize this as a curative device, even though my results of the procedure have proven otherwise.
