As I was backing up in a parking lot, another car back up at the same time and hit my car. We exchanged our information then I got a call from my insurance rep a couple of days later saying it was my fault. I talked to a friend and she recommended me to Sonny Nguyen office. I gave him a call the same day. My schedule was so hectic that week and Sonny was gracious to meet me at a coffee shop near my workplace during my lunch break to discuss about my case. I was so impressed with his professionalism and the determination to help me finding justice. He is so knowledgeable and explained to me all the action steps. He kept me in communication during the whole process and I won the case out right!!! Not only that I didn't have to pay a cent, I got more money than I expected. I am a very satisfied customer and I'm telling all my friends and family.

She was honest and helpful upfront. She was not able to take the case. But she took the time to give suggestions to help myself first and suggested a different lawyer. So friendly and thoughtful. I recommend her services if she can provide it, based on the simple fact she wants to help.

This woman is amazing and very professional! I started my bankruptcy back in 2019 and was losing my house and bills were stacking up due to a divorce I was going through. My house was also going to be auctioned off and like a super hero Rochelle stopped the auction on auction day and beat down all of my creditors that were calling constantly. These past couple years she has always kept me well informed of what was going on with my bankruptcy and the trustee no matter what time of day or how busy she was with other cases. I don’t usually give reviews but Rochelle Shuffield is truly the best attorney I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few in my day. Had I known how much this place really don't care to help people I would have never chose to hire them for help! My attorney doesn't return calls, never emails back and only cares about the money! Never again will I do business with anyone from this place! I was told my bankruptcy would be a three year contract and after that time I can choose to continue or take over the payments. Yeah that was a lie! I.have so much more to say about this place! Mark ditton your a joke of and attorney.

All, where do I start?! Bankruptcy is a nerve racking and stressful time for any person experiencing it but you will never know that if you hire Rochelle. She was not my first attorney as I hired one other attorney from Pierce county. This person claimed to be in the business for over 20 years but after I paid him, he starting giving me excuses about why my case did not look good for a Chapter 7. I was super upset and felt betrayed since even $1,000 hiring fee is a lot for someone going through financial strife. I called Rochelle without even knowing her at closing time and she spoke with me for almost two hours about my case. We met the following day and went over my income and expenses and she showed me where I fell within a budget for a Chapter 7. She did the work upfront before I hired her and spent more money! In my opinion she is definitely not in the business to make money as she helped me where any other attorney charges probably upwards of $400/hour. Either way, I asked way too many questions because of course I had the fear of God put in me from the previous attorney who took my money and then changed his mind regarding my case. This story is not about him but I just want to show all of you reading this how a very bad situation was fixed by Rochelle. In my opinion, she is a miracle worker. I have now cleared the legal hurdles and am waiting for my discharge coming up in a few weeks. Thanks Rochelle for everything you did for us! - Tony

Ya so these guys are really great until they are done and you have paid off everything. Then when you have a question about your case you reach out so many times you can’t remember and they just don’t get back to you. Still waiting and I first tried to contact them two months ago.
