Rochelle Shuffield, owner of the firm, handled my complex Chapter 13 Bankruptcy in early 2017. It was a difficult time in my life, and the financial stress was becoming unbearable. Ms. Shuffield took the extra time to handle my case personally, and walked me through each step of the process, one-by-one. My case was not a typical Bankruptcy, but she knew all of the intricacies of the law, and worked my case all the way through. The costs were minimal, the service was great, and I am now able to rebuild my credit while also keeping my house and vehicles. I would highly recommend her firm for anyone seeking Bankruptcy relief.

I was calling around trying to get some information regarding bankruptcy. I have never had to do this in my life so I had questions. I called a few places and then called my employee resource number which referred me to Mr. Thomas Mcavity's office. I realized I had already talked to them so I started asking questions. I was speaking to Shane, who started talking down to me and becoming very short. I was actually going to just go with this firm because my employer referred me and I wanted to get to and not hassle with calling around. I am already feeling self conscious about filing and after speaking with Shane I decided this is not where I would spend my money or my experience. I want to deal with someone that is sympathetic to my situation and is more than happy to educate me on what I am doing. I asked to be transferred to the manager and Shane said " I am not sure what the point is, you speaking to someone else isn't going to change the price". HORRIBLE customer service. I think Maria and Mr. Mcavity should invest in another receptionist. One that actually cares about not only the firm he/she works for my the clients that they are servicing (the reason they have a job)
