Great service, lots of care in dotting the i's and crossing the t's.

I have been working with Mark Ditton and this guy is out standing and very knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and he knows how to make sure you understand the process before it is done. I always thought about filing but I was so embarrassed and could not make up my mind or not if this was the best option for me, after getting in touch with this outstanding guy I could not have made the best decision to start over with my credit. I love working with Mr Mark Ditton

Rochelle is amazing- even after we were through with what would have been a headache with out her she was still there answering questions at 10:00 pm! I am so pleased with her and how everything turned out. If you have trouble and bankruptsy is your only resort, this is the only place to go! with out a doubt amazing! thank you

Excellent communication between clients and staff, fast responses, and many years of experience is what you get when you hire Tom McAvity's office to handle your bankruptcy. Declaring bankruptcy is demoralizing and all the paperwork you go through can be quite intimidating. The staff at this office makes it easier as they will walk you through the process, step by step, and answer all your questions along the way.
