The overall experience has felt like a warm hug. They gave great support and advice even when it was not to their benefit. They made sure that I was taken the next best steps for me and gave me all the info I needed to make informed decisions. They also kept me up to date with all the new info coming and made sure I was never left in the dark about where we were or were we were going with the case.
