I was in an Earnest money dispute where the seller refused to release my EM after failed financing. I was working with another lawyer before working with Synthia. Oh boy, that was another disaster. I felt very stressed and didn’t know where to turn to. I was very fortunate to have found Synthia. She was amazing with lots of strategies to tackle the situation.
