Had to spend most the day there for Zoom appointment they were very sweet to us and even bought us lunch. They kept checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything to drink or eat and were super polite. Very nice place with very kind and polite people.

I called them needing legal representation. I explained everything, they actually listened to me, to my concerns. They even helped me fill out paperwork I didn't understand well enough to feel comfortable filling out on my own. Where to start…we first met the team in Fall 2018 after 10 months of arguing with OUR OWN insurance company, Allstate, over an underinsured motorist policy claim. One would expect his/her own insurance company to treat its policyholder with respect, efficiency, and fairness. That was NOT the case with Allstate. Enter Scott, Carlene, and later, LeAnne. They were/are our legal “dream team.” It took 5 1/2 years to settle the case with Allstate - multiple attorney changes (on Allstate’s part), request for an IME by Allstate (later, Allstate changed its mind), and many, many more delays and issues. It felt as if Allstate had two goals in mind: wear us down and force us into bankruptcy. Throughout the years-long, brutal process with Allstate, our team at Brumback & Ottem guided us, advised us, and listened to our needs. Ultimately, we settled with Allstate in mediation. We can’t say enough positive things about Scott, Carlene, LeAnne, and the front office staff at Brumback & Ottem.

Brumback and Ottem are excellent attorney's that handled a case of mine and won. I was so relieved to have their professional help with a one-on-one case manager who I was on a first name basis with throughout this experience. If needed I will use them again, and highly recommend them.
