I first became a client of this firm in 2011 after being involved in a rollover car accident caused by a third-party while I was working. Brumback and his team quickly proved themselves by dealing with the insurance companies and L&I so I could focus on getting back to work. Someone that really stood out was Genie Burns! Genie really understands L&I and answered all of the questions I had while at the same time keeping me informed on what to expect next. My first experience with Brumback, Genie and the rest of the team was completely above my expectations. Fast forward to 2016 I once again found myself in need of representation, Scott Brumback and Genie Burns were the obvious choice. In 2014 I needed legal help with my L & I claim. I ended up working with Genie, who is absolutely amazing. Genie Burns was knowledgeable and always on top of my questions, even if they were silly. Her follow up time was top notch and I always had my answers within 24 hours. Not only is Genie an amazing asset to the legal firm, but a true gem. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful in trying to answer questions. Scott Brumback is also very down to earth, helpful and not pushy. Scott also works hard on making sure that you are taken care of by the staff. This law group by far is top notch. I recommend their services over any in Yakima.
